Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 6+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision and a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
