Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a remote work-from-home basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, maintaining data accuracy and timeliness, and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team. If you have strong computer skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to type quickly and accurately, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately and efficiently inputting data into our database
• Organizing and maintaining data, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness
• Performing data entry tasks in a timely manner, meeting deadlines set by management
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure proper information is being entered
• Assisting with quality assurance of data, making sure it is error-free
• Reporting any discrepancies or errors to management, and working to resolve them promptly
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive data and information
• Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a remote work setting
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• A reliable computer and high-speed internet access
• Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
