Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, ensuring precision and reliability.
  • Customer Data Management: Type in data provided directly from customers, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Spreadsheet Management: Create and manage spreadsheets with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data Verification: Compare data with source documents to verify accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Data Maintenance: Update and maintain existing data as needed, ensuring that our databases are always up-to-date and accurate.
  • Data Retrieval: Retrieve data from databases or electronic files upon request, providing timely and accurate responses to our customers and stakeholders.
  • Data Backup: Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation, maintaining the highest level of data security and integrity.
  • Paperwork Organization: Sort and organize paperwork post-data entry to prevent loss, ensuring that our physical records are always accurate and up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills. Some of the essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and best practices.
  • Typing Skills: Fast typing skills, with knowledge of touch typing strongly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
