Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and driving growth through cross-selling
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience for our customers
- Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customers' needs
- Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
- Quiet, secured workspace
- Must live in the state of Indiana (or other specified states) to apply
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
- Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
