Customer Care Representative (Temp to Perm) – Join arenaflex in Revolutionizing People Search and Data Transparency

About this Opportunity

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a fast-paced environment that demands versatility and a commitment to excellence. We're looking for individuals who are not only skilled in customer service but also passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. This temporary to possible permanent position will be employed through an employment agency for 4-6 months, at which point, the position will be assessed for permanent employment directly with arenaflex. There is no guarantee that employment with arenaflex will occur.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately, quickly, and efficiently handle customer contacts via phone (for billing and retention, technical troubleshooting, content questions, etc.)

  • Translate technological jargon in a way that users like your parents or grandparents could easily understand
  • Take key user feedback, and quickly and concisely pass it to the appropriate department (so we can keep improving the user experience)

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong communication - both verbal and written

  • Flexibility and can work anytime within our Customer Care Department Hours: currently 7 am - 6 pm Pacific (7 days/week)
  • Goal-driven and outcome-oriented in prior work experiences
  • Solutions-oriented when working with remote customers
  • Curious about technology and a quick study
  • Strong typing skills - at least 50 wpm or more

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience with Zendesk

  • A four-year college degree or work experience equivalent
