What to Expect as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering Calls and Responding to Emails: Provide outstanding customer service to event attendees, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Assisting Event Organizers: Help event organizers with changes to their events, manage order placements and modifications, and follow customer service policies as stated by event organizers.
• Collaborating with Team Members: Work with your team to solve problems effectively and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
• Maintaining Composure: Remain calm and composed during high call volume periods or escalated customer interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
