Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing documents, and capturing information with high accuracy. Key Responsibilities

* Process all incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our client, digitalizing documents in a format provided by arenaflex

• Input all details of the claim with high accuracy, meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by arenaflex
• Perform image classification, indexing, and general data entry tasks
• Review and confirm all data captured is correct before submitting or completing the document
• Utilize various systems to work on different tasks and projects
• Work within established procedures and practices, with close supervision
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and high accuracy
• Proficiency in 10-key by touch
• Basic knowledge of medical claims forms (not essential)
• Experience working through VPN connections
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications and internet usage
