Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, including order delays and shipping issues
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their needs are met
  • Maintaining accurate records and notes of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with vendors to resolve issues and place orders
  • Working independently to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $15.63 - $17.22 per hour
  • Expected hours: 18 per week
