Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Specialist to provide prompt and effective assistance to customers via live chat. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical and non-technical issues efficiently
• Assisting customers in navigating our platform and services
• Documenting customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
• Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic communication
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective customer support strategies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in customer support or chat support, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems (training will be provided for the right candidate)
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously

Compensation

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $17-$24 per hour. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
