Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for performing information section and patient enrollment tasks, answering high-volume customer inquiries, and working under direct supervision. You will observe guideline working methods and perform obligations as per arenaflex strategies and methodology. Your responsibilities may change given the assigned division.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex solution information section strategies and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into proper framework.

• Handle patient medicine demands inside HIPAA rules and enters top-off orders for handling.

• Settle all information section-related special cases.
