Job Description:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will report to our Dealer Administrations Manager and work closely with our Inbound Operations team to resolve customer complaints, provide mentorship to colleagues, and drive process improvements. This role will involve a mix of in-office and remote work, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule once our offices reopen.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide mentorship to colleagues to enhance their overall performance on key metrics

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
- Experience working with customers or in a customer-facing role
