What You Will Be Doing

As a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via live chat on their websites. This may involve answering frequently asked questions, resolving issues, and providing product information and recommendations. You will have access to a comprehensive knowledge base and will be supported by a team of experienced supervisors who are always available to provide guidance and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our clients' websites

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Use our knowledge base to find answers to frequently asked questions
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in a related field (e.g. sales, marketing)

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
