What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls from policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing front-line phone customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Fielding approximately 75 to 100 calls per day, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and products
- Collaborating with management and team members to address service issues and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience in an office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
- 1 year of experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications
- 6 months of work from home experience, with a dedicated quiet area for working
- High school diploma or GED
