The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and solutions to our guests through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to deliver outstanding results. Our dedicated team of leaders and peers will support you every step of the way, providing a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service and solutions to guests through inbound calls
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand guest needs
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve guest experiences

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to multitask
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Requirements to Work from Home
* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Excellent internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
- In-house network and a hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- Wireless and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems
- A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
