Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing order processing, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. You will work closely with our sales team, technical support, and collection personnel to ensure timely and accurate order processing. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong organizational ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Manage order processing for customers using proprietary order entry systems

  • Work with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve issues and provide product information
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and providing prompt resolutions
  • Utilize strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Collaborate with technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems
  • Process purchase orders and order restock of inventory
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Maintain relationships, gather feedback, and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Answer pricing and product inquiries
  • Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred

  • Great follow-up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Effective working in teams to achieve the department's objectives
  • Ability to analyze situations and resolve problems (i.e., consolidate shipments from various suppliers and ensure documentation for export is correct)
