Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to customers and service providers
  • Collaborating with our remote team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and service providers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software, with the ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to track multiple issues at once and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
