Responsibilities:
As a Remote WFH Full Time Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
* Accurately and efficiently inputting data into our database, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and timeliness
* Organizing and maintaining data, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness, and performing data entry tasks in a timely manner, meeting deadlines set by management
* Communicating effectively with team members to ensure proper information is being entered, and assisting with quality assurance of data, making sure it is error-free
* Reporting any discrepancies or errors to management, and working to resolve them promptly, while maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive data and information
* Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, and proven experience in data entry, preferably in a remote work setting
* Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type quickly and accurately, and strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and a reliable computer and high-speed internet access
* A minimum of 25 hours per week availability, with the flexibility to work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, Your Time Zone
