Key Responsibilities:
As a part-time marketing expert, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing directly to sales and revenue objectives in allocated categories.
- Analyzing key data and integrating findings and recommendations into Class Plans (i.e., ideal SKU mix; Extracare loyalty program; special projects) for marketing programs.
- Driving strategic execution of daily sales plan activities (e.g., work off-rack plans, tracks promotional periods and performs present analysis on make a move if necessary).
- Collaborating with an internal team of CVS experts in Stock, Estimating, Advancement, Money, Store Brands, Store Configuration, Advertising, and Store Tasks.
- Breaking down sales records and stock levels of current stock.
- Creating and maintaining areas of strength for an of flow contest; searching out new competitive opportunities and making suggestions.
- Staying up-to-date with changes on the lookout.
- Researching customer product preferences, provider costs, and the competitive climate.
Required Capabilities:
* Working knowledge of retail math concepts and demonstrated application.
- Specialized expertise in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some Access or other data set experience.
- Eagerness to travel 5-10%.
