Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, suppliers, and plan sponsors to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on our products and services. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone, email, or written correspondence

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide guidance on our products and services
  • Utilize our customer support software to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers and plan sponsors to resolve issues and provide guidance on our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including new features and benefits
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Required Capabilities

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of clinical terminology and medical coding
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
