Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our brand, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer customer calls, emails, and chats during business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:00-5:00 EST)

  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues, including order-related problems, delays, and shipping issues
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and operations, to resolve complex customer issues
  • Perform additional administrative tasks, such as contacting vendors and placing orders
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and arenaflex policies to ensure accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products or services
  • Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
