What to Expect as a Remote Order/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner. Your primary goal will be to improve customer satisfaction through efficient order processing, while also ensuring compliance with regulations and company commitments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
• Striving to improve customer satisfaction through timely order processing
• Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders accurately and promptly
• Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle

What We're Looking for in a Candidate
