Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our healthcare support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively identifying solutions to their concerns and needs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Effectively handling incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gathering patient and order information.
  • Working closely with patients to conduct conversations on therapy changes, targeted medications, and other healthcare-related topics.
  • Demonstrating a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and requirements for dispensing, processing referrals, and providing customer education and routine assessment and problem identification.
  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Communicating effectively with healthcare professionals, including doctors' offices and pharmacists.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate billing for unbilled claims and account payment for outstanding balances.
  • Resolving insurance problems and patient issues related to incorrect or incomplete information, therapy changes, and pharmacy or shipping errors.
  • Maintaining chronological notes that detail actions taken to resolve outstanding unbilled claims.

Work at Home Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps (no satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services).
  • A hard-wired internet connection via an Ethernet cable to a modem/router that you own and are responsible for.
  • Must live in Texas.
  • A dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions.
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone.

Additional Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Be available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Be willing to submit to a drug test and background check.
