As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through our website chat widget. You will be responsible for answering frequently asked questions, resolving customer inquiries, and escalating complex issues to our supervisor team. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues

  • Work independently, following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) is an asset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues
  • Proficiency in using a computer and navigating multiple software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
