Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service and data management teams. Your duties will include:

  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures.
  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting customer and account data into digital databases, using your strong computer skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure high-quality results.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, using your analytical skills to resolve issues and improve data quality.
  • Data Program Techniques and Procedures: Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
  • Reporting and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to maintain data integrity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files as needed, using your technical skills to ensure efficient and accurate document management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think analytically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Experience: Experience working in a data entry or customer service role is a plus.
