What to Expect:

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Providing exceptional customer service

for incoming inquiries from internal and external customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive.

Resolving issues

by sending packets or links to DHPs, maintaining accurate records and following up on DHP credentialing applications.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

High school education or GED equivalent

One to three years of experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills
