Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with complaints and questions about specific products or services, providing empathetic and effective solutions

  • Modify and escalate complaints across various communication channels, ensuring seamless issue resolution
  • Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications, serving as the first point of contact and advocate
  • Handle a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat, utilizing your writing skills and email etiquette to troubleshoot problems and answer questions
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues, providing personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Be at least 18 years old with a stable internet connection

  • No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and empathy in your interactions

Preferred Skills:

* Articulate, personable, and reliable, with exceptional writing skills and email etiquette

  • 1 year of chat support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • CRM/support tool experience, with a strong understanding of customer support software and systems
