Our Revenue Cycle Management Division is a key part of our business, and we're seeking a talented Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. As a representative of arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
• Continuous evaluation of current policies and SOPs, and providing recommendations for process improvements
• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence
• Documenting all activity made to a claim
• Communicating via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
• Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that all needs are addressed accurately and efficiently

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• REMOTE WORK: Dedicated work from home space, ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
• Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus

Technical Requirements

* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second

• No satellite internet
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including:
