Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our global clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues with professionalism, empathy, and a smile. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering personalized service, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our customers' eyes.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training
- Availability to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship
- Ability to meet arenaflex participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
- Valid identification and U.S. visa required
