What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve a wide range of issues, from product inquiries to order problems and beyond
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers, often requiring critical thinking and creativity
  • Operating with empathy, understanding, and kindness to customers and colleagues alike, using active listening and patience to build trust and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with teammates and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a culture of open communication and teamwork
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support to customers

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
  • Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation, and internet research to support customers
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, with a commitment to meeting business objectives
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and secure customer experience, you'll need:

  • A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam, with a reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify, with options for SMS messages and phone calls
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with minimal background noise, with a webcam-friendly environment
