Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely manner. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and compassionate manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure patient accounts are resolved in a timely manner, adhering to set schedules and time standards
  • Treat patients with compassion and respect, protecting their privacy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless patient experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and patient information systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare administration)

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base salary range of $18.66 - $33.99 per hour, depending on location
  • Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
