Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Processing product orders and handling customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their queries
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers regarding sales, promotions, and issues, ensuring that customers are informed and up-to-date on all relevant information
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, sales promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets

Required Qualifications

To be successful as a Seasonal Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week between 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace without distractions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on meeting performance metrics and targets

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable for this role:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools and technologies
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including customers with disabilities and language barriers
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
