Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack product manager to join our Client Insightful Center team. As a product manager, you'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of our customer analytics and insights product strategy. This includes characterizing and prioritizing product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and execution of the Client Insightful Center product strategy, ensuring that it aligns with arenaflex's overall business objectives

  • Characterize and prioritize product features, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders
  • Guarantee that our products are built and scaled to meet the security and trustworthiness needs of our customers, including the protection of sensitive customer data
  • Characterize and follow key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our products and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying potential opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Collaborate with Designing, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Showcasing groups to deliver high-quality customer analytics solutions that prioritize data security and customer protection

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in software engineering, designing, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management, or

  • 9 years of experience in product management or related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate degree in software engineering, designing, business organization, or related field, with 6 years of experience as a product manager, preferably managing customer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products

  • Experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, with knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and incorporating digital accessibility seamlessly
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services that support a comprehensive culture

Skills and Competencies

* Strong product management skills, with experience in driving product development and execution

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize product features and requirements
  • Experience with data security and protection, including the protection of sensitive customer data
  • Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility best practices and a commitment to creating inclusive products and services

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
