Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Identifying customers' needs and matching them with the right products and solutions
  • Advising, selling, and setting up customers' new products, including Apple devices and services
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Assisting team members with tasks and projects as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on news about products and initiatives, and applying this knowledge in customer interactions
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team and individual productivity goals
  • Representing arenaflex and upholding our values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Agility to learn new products and features, with a strong interest in technology, particularly Apple products
  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment, and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse comfortably with small groups and individual customers
  • A passion for Apple and a willingness to share that passion with others
  • Strong people skills, including being approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of Apple products and services
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases
