Position Overview TriVector Labs is seeking a highly skilled Video Content Creator and Podcast Producer to join our team full-time. This role will be responsible for producing, editing, and publishing video content, podcasts, interviews, and social media media assets that strengthen our digital presence and brand visibility. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically proficient, with strong experience in video storytelling, podcast production, and digital content editing. Key Responsibilities; 1. Video Production & Editing
- Produce and edit high-quality video content for digital platforms
- Edit long-form YouTube content and professional interviews
- Create engaging storytelling through pacing, visuals, and transitions
- Perform color grading and video optimization
2. Podcast Production Manage end-to-end podcast production including:
- Editing audio and video podcast episodes
- Removing filler words, noise, and pauses
- Audio balancing and enhancement
- Creating podcast trailers and highlight clips
- Preparing episodes for publishing platforms
3. Media Interview Production Edit and prepare content from:
- Media interviews
- Speaking engagements
- Panel discussions
- Podcast guest appearances
- Recorded webinars and virtual events
Transform these recordings into:
- Full-length content
- Highlight reels
- Promotional clips
4. Social Media Content Creation Repurpose long-form content into social media assets:
- YouTube Shorts
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok videos
- LinkedIn video clips
- Promotional teasers
5. Post-Production Enhancements
- Motion graphics and titles
- Captioning and subtitles
- Sound design and audio cleanup
- Branding overlays and visual identity elements
Required Skills Candidates must demonstrate strong experience in:
- Professional video editing
- Podcast production and editing
- Social media content optimization
- Digital storytelling and pacing
- Video content repurposing
Software & Tools Applicants should be proficient in tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Adobe After Effects
- Descript (preferred for podcast editing)
- CapCut or similar short-form editing tool
Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will have experience producing content related to:
- Entrepreneurship and business leadership
