- Drive customer self-service capabilities to enhance retention.
- Identify and address adoption blockers proactively.
- Implement repeatable playbooks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs with internal teams for product enhancements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
- Strong program management experience with large clients.
- Ability to analyze customer data for actionable insights.
- Experience with technology consulting or account management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer experience technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, business-friendly terms.
- Interest in technology trends and customer engagement strategies.
- Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
