What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions with ease and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers with a smile in your voice
• Professionally responding to customer inquiries, identifying and escalating priority issues as needed
• Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure a positive outcome
• Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
• Developing rapport with customers, using an upbeat and positive attitude to make their experience exceptional
• Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

• Excellent customer service attitude and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
• Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional
• Friendly, confident, and a self-starter mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and quick troubleshooter attitude

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
• 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
• Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
