Position Summary

We're seeking hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division in Orlando, FL. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our plan members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, balancing your priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Provide solutions to simplify our customers' health care experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to address their concerns and needs
  • Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients
  • Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • At least 6 months of health care experience
