The Role

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely manner. You'll be available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handling time standards with compassion and respect. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts in a timely manner

• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve patient accounts and address customer concerns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years' experience in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Certification in customer service or a related field
