As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers in our airports and at our gates. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and making every customer feel valued and appreciated. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating with customers to book flights, manage travel arrangements, and provide assistance with baggage and other travel-related needs
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolving conflicts in a fair and respectful manner
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on airline policies and procedures
• Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay current with industry trends

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 18 years of age
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in using computers, mobile devices, and other technology to access and navigate our systems
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
• Ability to meet arenaflex's participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
• A valid government-issued ID and U.S. visa

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in the airline or travel industry
• A four-year college degree
• Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and other languages spoken by our customers
