Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone-based interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing rapport and showing empathy with customers to make them feel valued and understood
  • Effectively using internal resources to arrive at the right solution for the client
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills with perseverance to resolve issues and process transactions accurately
  • Defining a problem clearly and raising concerns when necessary
  • Taking initiative for acquiring the expertise and knowledge to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Assisting customers with professionalism while following measurable business goals

  • A degree or customer service experience is helpful, but not required

Schedule

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with 40 hours per week. You must have open availability from 7:30am to 11:00pm CST, with overtime hours encouraged during peak call periods.
