Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling all account management, sales activities, and customer service inquiries. You'll work closely with our team to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from the office at least 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

* Selling and Customer Support Activities: + Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support + Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth + Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions + Meet or exceed sales targets and customer service metrics

  • Order Management and Customer Service Activities:

+ Manage all customer transactions, including orders, claims, and returns + Process orders accurately and efficiently, meeting departmental SLAs + Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly + Maintain accurate customer records and update profiles as needed

  • Training and Development:

+ Attend required training courses and demonstrate knowledge of materials + Complete self-paced trainings and monthly learning checks in a timely manner + Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Miscellaneous Activities:

+ Assist the Customer Service Team with administrative duties as assigned + Perform other duties as designated by Management

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of 1 year's previous sales/customer service experience, preferably in a related industry

  • Experienced Customer Service professional with effective telephone, chat, email techniques, and customer care
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication, including spelling, grammar, and proper use of the English language
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic sales and negotiation skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and drive sales growth

Technical Skills

* Personal computing or keyboarding/data entry

  • Moderate knowledge of Excel, required
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, required
  • Strong organizational skills, required
  • Basic sales and negotiation skills, required
