Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Architect at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining a robust data architecture framework that supports large-scale data evaluation and analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Designing and implementing data models, data dictionaries, and technical metadata to support data-driven decision-making
- Defining and maintaining data integration architecture, data warehouse, and business intelligence architecture
- Developing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders
- Leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and innovation
- Monitoring and evaluating trends in the data market to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and improve query performance
- Participating in the development of data governance requirements, guidelines, and principles
- Driving data platform architectural choices and development requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology
- At least 4 years of experience in data/analytics architecture, engineering design, configuration experience, and/or related fields
- Experience developing cloud-based solutions and knowledge of DevOps
- At least 1 year of experience in domain-specific architecture
- Experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
- Direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management experience
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within the country and internationally)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Technology
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security
- Knowledge of data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
