Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist Principal to lead our data science efforts and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale data science solutions, leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning techniques to drive business outcomes. Your expertise will help us navigate the ever-evolving landscape of data science, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve and continue to innovate.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end data science projects, including data collection, requirement gathering, handling, analysis, and presentation

• Develop and implement large-scale data science solutions, leveraging AI, machine learning, and data analytics techniques to drive business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and implement data pipelines to extract insights at scale
• Develop and maintain complex data models, including machine learning and deep learning models
• Work with distributed teams to unblock technical roadblocks and resolve issues as they arise
• Contribute to the development of arenaflex's data science strategy and roadmap
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, applying this knowledge to drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as software engineering, data science, mathematics, or statistics

• 8+ years of experience in applying data science, AI, and machine learning techniques to drive business outcomes
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data science solutions
• Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, including competitors and emerging trends
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field

• Experience working with distributed teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth
• Strong understanding of data engineering and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure

* Strong foundation in software engineering, data science, AI, machine learning, or other quantitative and computational sciences
