Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Specialist on arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via email, phone, and chat, using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
  • Assisting with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
  • Modifying and escalating complaints across multiple communication channels
  • Being the first point of contact and advocate for customers
  • Handling a high volume of customer support requests with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To become a freelance Chat Support Specialist on arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a stable internet connection
  • No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
  • Possess excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong focus on email etiquette
  • Be articulate, personable, and reliable, with a passion for helping others
  • Have a strong understanding of CRM/support tools, with experience a plus

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • 1 year of chat support experience
  • CRM/support tool experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
