Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients and healthcare professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurate Patient Order Entry: Enter patient orders and related medical information into our software application with precision and attention to detail.
• Timely Updates and Corrections: Make timely updates and corrections to patient orders, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients, providing clear and concise information to resolve issues and address concerns.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Work closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills, as well as the ability to prioritize issues and respond accordingly.
• Time-Management and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong time-management and organizational skills, necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer Entry Experience: Have experience with computer entry, including the ability to read and analyze documents such as patient orders.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technology Requirements:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following technology requirements:

• Internet: High-speed internet (minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload)
• Ethernet Port or Adaptor: Must be hard-wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. 2 modem/router ports are required.
• Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater
• Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Browser: Chrome, Edge
• Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Mac's)
• Monitors: Dual monitors
• Headset and Webcam or Internal Camera: Wired, USB to be used during training/interviews
• Private HIPPA Compliant Workspace: Must be in a non-shared room of the residence.
