Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Providing Efficient Checkout Service: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
- Maintaining Store Operations: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
- Implementing Asset Protection Procedures: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
- Constructing and Maintaining Displays: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
- Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
- Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
- Maintaining Store Appearance: Ensure clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications
* Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and answer questions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Basic Math Skills: Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
Preferred Qualifications
* Retail or Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a retail or healthcare environment.
- Customer Service Certification: Customer service certification, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR).
- Language Skills: Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
- Technical Skills: Basic technical skills, with the ability to operate a cash register and use store systems.
