Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our team to provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, manage customer portfolios, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Schedule Requirements

This part-time position requires you to work from home for 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can be tailored to meet your needs. You'll be expected to work between Monday and Friday, 8:00am and 6:00pm, with some flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
  • Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Managing customer portfolios and organizing workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
  • Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
  • Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
  • Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
  • Recommending process improvements where applicable
  • Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

  • Problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise messages

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a customer service or administrative role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
