What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative (Unlicensed) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally and courteously: You will be the face of our company, and we expect you to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.
  • Utilizing training to answer customer questions and provide appropriate product solutions: You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to provide top-notch support to our clients.
  • Researching and resolving customer issues by coordinating with other departments: You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Documenting and processing customer orders accurately in the system: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and processing customer orders efficiently and effectively.
