What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a range of channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Resolving customer issues: Calmly and effectively resolve customer issues, while de-escalating conflicts and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Escalating complex interactions: Know when to escalate complex interactions to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
  • Processing payments and responding to requests: Assist with processing payments and responding to requests for assistance in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Tracking call-related information: Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that we're meeting our quality and performance standards.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience: We're looking for candidates with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Age requirement: Must be over 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Typing speed: Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Proven communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
