Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support through phone and chat interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide clear and concise instructions to customers on how to create accounts, reset passwords, and upload documents
• Utilize chat functionality to assist customers with their queries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience

• High-speed internet connection
• Own computer/laptop with working camera
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Work Environment

* Remote work environment with flexible scheduling

• Must provide own equipment (no Chromebooks)
• Hours of Operation: Monday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 8 PM EST
• Must be available to work any shift within the designated hours

Schedule

* Full-time, 40-hour work week
